There are so many styles of women's jeans available, it's sometimes difficult to decide which style to choose. While choosing the best jean style for you may not be rocket science, it is important, since the wrong style can be very unflattering.
After years of trying on different jean styles and cuts, I can say with confidence that are jean styles that are my favorites and are generally flattering to all women, regardless of their shape or size.

line -- for six years and is credited with building the business into
its current $250 million.
Seventy-five
years ago, Levi Strauss & Co. took a risk that forever changed the
course of women’s fashion. In the fall of 1934, the company introduced
“Lady Levi’s® jeans” – the world’s first jeans made exclusively for
women (www.womensjeans75.com). Originally created as men’s workwear,
jeans are now a fashion must-have around the globe, with women’s
jeanswear leading the way in denim trends each season.
Jeans
were originally created by Levi Strauss & Co. for working men in
1873, but the category has since seen a dramatic shift with the advent
of the first jeans for women.
As the name suggests,
this type of jeans has wide legs all throughout. If your main priority in
finding the right jeans is comfort, then this is your best option. However,
wide-leg jeans might not look very appealing or sexy, that is why you have to be
careful in choosing other pieces of your outfit. This might just work if you
pair it with a fitted top and flip flops, sandals, or shoes that are not too
bulky. The width at the
bottom of the leg helps to balance out the thigh and leaves you looking
in perfect proportion and the cut over your bum really does have that
‘Wonderbra’ effect! So if you haven’t been hitting the gym quite as
much as you.
This type of ladies' jeans is very popular now.
This is very sexy and shows off your womanly curves. However, this might not be
the best type of jeans for women with pear-shaped bodies Because it will just
overemphasize their hips, Which they do not need. Skinny jeans are best for
ladies who have an hourglass figure with long, curvy legs. No matter what look
you go for, you will always look sexy.skinny jeans are one of the hottest trends in fashion
that many female celebrities love to wear. These jeans fit snugly on
your body from the thighs to the ankles. They are elastic and the jeans
can have some stretch to fit tightly on your body. For those that have
the perfect body shape, it will hug your figures and show it to the
world no matter how you wear it.
Women
Stretch skinny are one of the hottest trends in fashion that many
female celebrities love to wear. These jeans fit snugly on your body
from the thighs to the ankles. They are elastic and the jeans can have
some stretch to fit tightly on your body. For those that have the
perfect body shape, it will hug your figures and show it to the world
no matter how you wear it. For others with less than perfect body
shape, you can still wear women skinny jeans and show off your body in
it.Women's skinny jeans made a comeback two years ago, and they are still going strong this season.
Low-rise
jeans are manufactured in many styles, the tight version being the most
popular. They also come in loose, baggy, flare and destroyed styles.
The immense popularity of low-rise jeans has inspired manufacturers to
make low rise styles of other kinds of pants as well. Fits of any pair
of jeans is determined by current styles, gender, and by the
manufacturer. Some popular of the fits of the past and present have
been the ankle cut, loose cut, straight cut, boot cut, baggy, slim fit
boy cut, bell bottom/flare, saggy carpenter, original classic and
skinny leg .Rises in jeans (the distance from the crotch to the waistband) range from the high-waisted to the super low-rise. The latest in jeans fashion are the low-rise jeans.
Skinny flared jeans back, which were popular in the seventies, back in vogue. Skinny
flared jeans looks more like a bell-bottom, reports vogue.co.uk. ‘The
skinny flare is one of the most flattering jeans shapes and it is a
refreshing option to a skinny leg, giving a very elegant look that
works best with heels and a top that finishes at the waist,’ said Anita
Borzyszkowska, GAP’s public relation vice president.
‘The
great thing about this jeans is that it really does work on
everyone,’Whether one goes on a vacation or stay-cation, there is a
great need for comfort and style. It's easy to bring along a pair of
blue jeans and a plain pair of shorts, but to be truly stylish and
unique, bring a pair of flare jeans and denim shorts. Flare jeans are
just as comfortable as any other jeans, but have a unique and fun
style, they also go with everything.
Probably
the most popular among women of denim jeans, boot cut jeans also
look good on anybody. They add curves while at the same time feel
comfortable. You
can pair them with any kinds of tops or shoes, depending on the event that you
will go to. Wearing boot cut jeans can help balance curvy hips, so
they're most appropriate for short women who have triangle or hourglass
shaped figures. If you're going to wear boot cut jeans, select those
with a slight boot cut, rather than fuller bell bottom types, which are
very wide at the hem. Too much width will detract from the long, lean
line that short women need to establish in order to look taller.
This
is the most basic jeans. It is considered a classic, and never goes out
of style. It is very comfortable and will fit almost all kinds of body
types, except those women who have a rectangular body shape, meaning
almost the same sizes of shoulders, waist, and hips. Straight leg jeans
offer a classic fit. If they fit right, they should not be too tight or
too loose. Wear them just below your natural waistline and they present
a nice straight-leg silhouette.
Fit
is as important as style—in fact even more important, because the style
won't matter if the jeans gape at the waist, ride too low in the back
or bunch at the crotch.

Jag's designs women's pants design s have many of the same popular elements of their rugged urban coy boy-esque jean styles. Mostly mid-rise and often five-pocket styles, Jag pants have a care -free feel, quality construction, and a red carpet history that no other brand can claim.
I think I’ve only done one other denim review and it was for Epoch, sadly a brand no longer designing women’s jeans.
Jag Jeans has a lot of great styles (I especially love the Ballari, but alas, it has an inseam of only 33″ as well…), all with enough stretch to make them comfortable and a great cut to make them super stylish. Plus these designer jeans won’t break the bank; they’re one of the few pairs you’ll fall in love with that are under three figures.
